CSIS Transcript Center is a great timesaving solution for Guidance Counselors, especially as you help seniors apply to college. A student transcript can be sent to one or multiple institutions in just a few clicks; no need to repeat the process multiple times, wait for a fax confirmation, or send anything in the mail! Additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation, scanned art portfolio, or any other type of attachment may also accompany the transcript submission.
Students and parents may order their transcripts through NTC's online ordering system at www.OrderaTranscript.com.This feature allows them to track their order as it is fulfilled by your school and picked up at the college or university. Students pay the $5.00 per transcript transaction fee online, so your school is billed nothing for fulfilling these orders. Students and parents will have peace of mind knowing their records were sent in a fast, secure, and reliable way, reducing the number of calls to your office and decreasing processing time of students' college applications. Module 9 - Upload PDF records and transcripts in batch; and find and fill out the Batch Upload template.
