I am a Systems Administrator. How can CSIS Transcript Center work with my school's information system?
Because it is a Web-based application, there is no software to install and CSIS Transcript Center can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime. As the official electronic student record and transcript exchange system for PK-12 in the state of California, school districts can upload their student records and transcripts as PDF documents or as student data. Importing data to the CSIS Transcript Center is completed through a data extract from your Student Information System. (The data format must be SRRTS compliant.) Once the data extract has been created, it should be sent to CSIS for validation. The LEA must then certify the data and then CSIS sends the data to the CSIS Transcript Center.
If you have questions about the extract, formatting, or upload process, please email california@transcriptcenter.com. Keep your district on the leading edge of technology by using CSIS Transcript Center to send and receive student records and transcripts. Talk to your Superintendent about signing up.
