National Transcript Center (NTC) is the vendor selected by California School Information Services (CSIS) to develop and maintain the CSIS Transcript Center. The CSIS Transcript Center will be made available to all public PK-12 schools throughout California, and will enable these schools to send student records and transcripts electronically to any PK-12 school, college, and university in the country. Work is already underway on this exciting initiative.
Becoming a CSIS Transcript Center member is easy! All you need to do is complete and return the CSIS Transcript Center enrollment packet below. For more information about becoming a member, contact NTC at 512-879-5400. If you have questions about CSIS data submissions, please contact CSIS at 916-325-9210 or support@CSIS.k12.ca.us.
