Through OrderaTranscript.com, students over the age of 18 and/or students' parents will be able to place online orders for transcripts. Online ordering allows school counselors and registrars to meet the needs of their students while reducing administrative burdens. Online ordering allows the entire transcript ordering and fulfillment process to become electronic—speeding delivery of transcripts and eliminating the cost and time involved in processing requests—with a system that is more secure, more efficient, and saves money for school districts. This functionality also provides full and permanent archiving of transaction histories, so you have backup on all requests, orders, and transactions. It also provides transcript order confirmation for the student/parent. In an era of shrinking budgets and growing demands, NTC's OrderaTranscript.com allows schools to fulfill an important service in the most efficient manner, all while reducing an unthinkable amount of paper waste, which will show that you are conscientious about the environment.

Transcript Management Process
1. Will I lose control over the process?
No. All transcript orders placed through OrderaTranscript.com will be sent to your CTC account for approval. At that point, you will have the opportunity to review the order before you fulfill it.
2. How many different colleges/universities can receive these transcripts?
The NTC trading partner directory contains over 6,000 colleges and universities, from every U.S. state. This includes two-year and four-year colleges as well as vocational/technical schools, health career schools, beauty schools, and more. If the recipient receives electronically through NTC, then an electronic transcript is delivered. If not, then NTC prints out an official paper copy and mails it out within one business day — all at no cost to the district. This approach means that registrars and guidance counselors will save a lot of time and energy by fulfilling their online orders.
3. How does OrderaTranscript.com assure security and privacy?
NTC authenticates the user who placed a transcript order using the credit card information provided. With the exception of the credit card number, this verified information is viewable to the guidance counselor/registrar who receives the order for approval. NTC's OrderaTranscript.com also requires the person placing the order to certify s/he is either a student over the age of 18 or the student's parent/legal guardian.
4. Will I be notified when a transcript order is sent to my school?
When the order is delivered to your school via CTC, it will appear in the Transcript Orders area of Items Requiring Attention. If an order remains in this area for 2 days without any action from your school's CTC users, then each CTC user for your school will receive an email notification informing them that a transcript order has been delivered and requires attention.
5. If I have a problem, whom do I contact?
Our support team is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Contact them at support@edustructures.com or 877-790-1261.
