Higher Ed Registrar

I am a Higher Ed Registrar. How can CTC help me send student transcripts to one or many schools?

We understand college registrars have a lot to manage. Sending student transcripts to colleges or the Colorado Department of Education for teacher licensure does not have to be a tedious manual process. Public colleges and universities can send PDF transcripts to any in-state public education institution in Colorado through CTC at no cost! Use our attachment option to include an art portfolio, letter of recommendation, and any other type of document. CTC makes it easy and convenient to quickly send records to one or multiple schools.

Once you are a CTC member, you can have students order their transcripts directly through NTC's online ordering system at www.OrderaTranscript.com. Students can track their orders through the user-friendly Web interface, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing time-consuming calls to your office.

I want to send electronic transcripts! Tell me how.
