K-12 Admissions Counselor

I am a K-12 Admissions Counselor. How can CTC make receiving and sending student records easier?

We are listening! That is why student record exchange is a key feature of CTC. Knowing your new students' academic history and special placements on day one is important. You'll receive student records through CTC as either data in your district's preferred format, enabling you to upload student records directly into your student information system or as a PDF, which can then be saved in your electronic student filing system.

When students transfer out of your school, you may send their records through CTC to their new school as either data or a PDF record with just a few clicks. CTC uses the latest Internet security protocols to maintain data integrity and PDF's are always picked up from our secure Web interface. Want to know more about how CTC can work for your school? Download the Disclosure Acknowledgement and talk to your Superintendent about signing up your district.
