2. Download and complete the Quick Start Form and email to colorado@transcriptcenter.com.

Public Colleges & Universities

• If you would like to just receive PDF transcripts electronically, download and complete the Premium Receive Form and email it to colorado@transcriptcenter.com.

• If you would like to receive and send PDF transcripts electronically, download and complete the Premium Receive Form and the Quick Start Form, and email both to colorado@transcriptcenter.com.

Private Colleges & Universities

If you would like to receive PDF transcripts electronically at no cost, download and complete Standard Receive Form and email it to colorado@transcriptcenter.com.
