Welcome to Colorado Transcript Center (CTC)
In November 2008, the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) launched the Colorado Transcript Center (CTC)—a system developed by the National Transcript Center (NTC) to enable electronic exchange of student records and transcripts from all Colorado public PK-12 schools. NTC allows all colleges and universities to receive any transcript electronically, and due to the generosity of CDE, in-state public higher ed schools can now send PDF transcripts to other in-state public institutions at no cost.
