National Transcript Center – Colorado Transcript Center

In 2008, the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) contracted the National Transcript Center (NTC) to develop a system to facilitate the electronic exchange of student records and transcripts in the state of Colorado. This system, the Colorado Transcript Center (CTC), went live in September 2008.

CTC enables all public PK-12 schools in Colorado to send transcripts electronically to in-state public schools (PK-12 and higher education) at no cost to the school or district. And, in-state public colleges and universities will be able to receive these transcripts electronically at no cost.

If you are already a member, you may visit the Colorado Transcript Center to login.

	Sign the CTC Disclosure Agreement and either email it to colorado@transcriptcenter.com or fax it to 512-879-5499.
	Complete the CTC Implementation Checklist and email it to colorado@transcriptcenter.com.
	Make sure your registrars and guidance counselors know about CTC.

	Module 1 (rev. 4/08) – Log in to the system, send a record/transcript, review the home page, edit your profile, and access online help.
	Module 2 (rev. 4/08) – Send multiple records/transcripts, upload a transcript legend, add attachments to records/transcripts, and search the database using wildcards.

	Module 4 (rev. 4/08) – Receive and respond to a request for a record/transcript.
	Module 5 (rev. 11/09) – Accept a record sent to a K12 institution, manage and download received records.
	Module 6 (rev. 11/09) – Accept a transcript sent to a post-secondary institution, manage and download received transcripts.
