In 2008, the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) contracted the National Transcript Center (NTC) to develop a system to facilitate the electronic exchange of student records and transcripts in the state of Colorado, the Colorado Transcript Center (CTC). Work is underway on this initiative, and the CTC is expected to be live in Fall 2008.
CTC will enable all public PK-12 schools in Colorado to send transcripts electronically to in-state public schools (PK-12 and higher education) at no cost to the school or district. And, in-state public colleges and universities will be able to receive these transcripts electronically at no cost.

Module 1 – Log in to the system, send a record/transcript, review the home page, edit your user profile, and access online help.
Module 2 – Send multiple transcripts, upload a transcript legend, add attachments, and search using wildcards.
Module 3 – Request a record/transcript.
Module 4 – Receive a request for a record/transcript.
Module 5 – Receive a record/transcript (coming soon).
