
The National Transcript Center (NTC) was contracted in January 2008 to develop a system to facilitate the electronic exchange of student records and transcripts in the state of Virginia, the Virginia Record Exchange Center (V-ReX). Work is underway on this initiative, and the pilot phase will be completed in June 2008.
