In March 2007, the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) contracted the National Transcript Center (NTC) to serve as WVDE's electronic transcript exchange service provider. As a result, all public high schools in West Virginia can use NTC to send transcripts electronically to in-state public colleges and universities at no cost to the school or district.


Module 1 – Log in to the system, send a record/transcript, review the home page, edit your user profile, and access online help.
Module 2 – Send multiple transcripts, upload a transcript legend, add attachments, and search using wildcards.
Module 3 – Request a record/transcript.
Module 4 – Receive a request for a record/transcript.
