In March 2007, the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) contracted the National Transcript Center (NTC) to serve as WVDE's electronic transcript exchange service provider. As a result, all public high schools in West Virginia can use NTC to send transcripts electronically to in-state public colleges and universities at no cost to the school or district.
If you are already a member, you may visit the Transcript Center to login.
