Solutions for K-12 Schools Solutions for Colleges & Universities Solutions for Co-Academic Organizations NTC Profile

National Transcript Center (NTC) is the vendor selected by WDE to develop and maintain WTC. Many districts have already begun using WTC to send student records/transcripts and requests for records electronically. WTC enables districts and institutions of higher education in Wyoming to send records and transcripts to any school in the country. If the recipient is an NTC member (as all in-state public institutions are), the record/transcript will be delivered electronically. If not, NTC will print it on secure transcript paper and mail it at no cost to the district or college/university.

Module 1 – Log in to the system, send a record/transcript, review the home page, edit your user profile, and access online help.

If your district has not yet done so, generate a student data extract according to the data elements document above.
All districts are now trained. Once you have sent your extract to NTC and have been notified that your district is ready, start using WTC as much as possible to send records and transcripts to any school in the country.

The National Transcript Center (NTC) was contracted in the fall of 2006 to develop a system to facilitate the electronic exchange of student records and transcripts in the state of Wyoming, the Wyoming Transcript Center (WTC). WTC is now fully operational, and Wyoming school districts and institutions of higher education are in the process of adoption.

This unofficial website is intended to help provide information to a wide range of stakeholders and ease the transition and implementation processes. It is not intended to replace WDE as the official source of information about WTC. This site will be updated as new information becomes available.
